Returns & Exchanges
30-day window
Return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Original packaging, tags, and warranty card must be intact.
How to return
Email us at returns@spectrumwatches.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label (UAE & GCC) or instructions for international returns.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return. Bank settlement typically takes 5–10 additional business days depending on your card issuer.
Exchanges
Free exchanges within 30 days. We'll ship the new piece as soon as the return is in transit.
