International Warranty
2 years, worldwide
Every Spectrum timepiece is covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. Service is honored at all authorized Spectrum service centers globally.
What's covered
Movement defects, sealed crown failures, and assembly faults under normal use. Battery replacement is complimentary in year one.
Not covered
Accidental damage, water damage from exceeding the rated depth, scratches on case or crystal from wear, strap fade, and unauthorized servicing.
How to claim
Email service@spectrumwatches.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll arrange inspection at your nearest authorized center.
