Spectrum ships to most countries from Dubai, UAE. Standard shipping takes 5-14 business days depending on location. Express options available at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $250 USD with code FREESHIPPING. Otherwise, rates start at $10 USD based on weight and destination. Track your order via the confirmation email. Customs are not included and depends at the time of arrival and is the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order arrive?
Orders process within 1-2 business days. Add 5-10 days for international delivery. Delays may occur during holidays or customs clearance.
What is your return policy?
30-day returns on unworn watches with tags attached. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return label. Original shipping costs non-refundable.Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Are the watches genuine stainless steel?
All Spectrum watches use 316L stainless steel cases and clasps, with genuine leather or metal bands. Quartz movements from reliable manufacturers.
What is the warranty?
Most are splash-resistant (30m). Check product details for exact rating. Avoid submersion unless specified as “swim-proof.”

Check your confirmation email for a tracking link, or log into your account → Orders. Updates appear within 24 hours of shipping.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations possible within 1 hour of purchase via email. After processing, changes handled as returns/exchanges.
